Loumix provides AI-assisted design tools. While you retain ownership of the specific prompts and original assets you upload, the underlying AI models and generated outputs are subject to specific licensing terms. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated designs for commercial purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our AI models.
